Tina Hendrix
Tina Hendrix, Affiliate AIA|LA, is a Program Outreach Manager at Willdan, the implementer of the statewide new construction program known as CEDA, the California Energy Design Assistance program. Tina is based in Temecula, CA, and her professional background for the past two decades has been in the commercial lighting industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in City Planning from San Diego State University.
Veronica Beaty
Veronica joined California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH) in February 2019 as the Research Manager. She supports CCRH’s advocacy, programmatic, and technical assistance work by researching and promoting effective housing solutions.
Through her work as Policy Director at the Sacramento Housing Alliance, Veronica has been an advocate for affordable homes and healthy communities in the Sacramento region for more than 7 years. Veronica has worked to understand the intricacies of the full range of housing justice issues, from development financing to tenants’ rights and from transportation access to sustainable community practices. She is committed to deepening her sector’s ability to approach the work with an equity lens and articulate a holistic vision that connects housing to other sectors, such as racial equity, transportation, food access, and climate change. Veronica is originally from Minnesota.
Veronica holds a Master of Public Policy from Mills College in Oakland, California.
Joshua Nederhood
Joshua Nederhood is a Program Outreach manager at TRC, which implements the Building Initiative for Low Emissions Development, California Energy-Smart Homes, California Electric Homes Program, and other regional offerings to support residential new construction in California. Joshua has also run the PG&E Single Point of Contact (SPOC) service at TRC since 2021, which helps multifamily stakeholders find incentive programs and other opportunities. He is based in Oakland, CA and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Chinese from Calvin University.
