Now that the 2023 legislative session has come to a close, we are excited to share 2023 Legislative Update fact sheets to help you stay up-to-date on new key climate-related laws.

The Climate Adaptation fact sheet was prepared by the Alliance of Regional Collaboratives for Climate Adaptation (ARCCA) and the California Resilience Partnership; the Energy fact sheet was created by the California Climate & Energy Collaborative (CCEC) and the Local Government Sustainable Energy Coalition (LGSEC). ARCCA, LGSEC, and CCEC are coalitions administered by CivicWell.
