CALSTART is seeking an Equity Consultant to support California Air Resources Board (CARB)-funded Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program (CMO). They seek a consultant with an equity lens, leveraging, and disseminating equity-based tools and resources, identifying equity gaps in CMO.
