CivicWell, in partnership with the City of Corcoran, is seeking a qualified consultant (or team of consultants) to develop the City of Corcoran Active Transportation Plan in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions shown in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected consultant will develop a working document that can guide implementation of active transportation projects and programs in future years. Special emphasis will be placed on connections to schools and to the development of a walking and bicycling trail that can go through and around the City.
Funding: Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant awarded to the City of Corcoran with CivicWell as a sub-applicant.
CivicWell will assist with project management and implementation, and conduct outreach to residents and stakeholders to ensure robust community engagement and input.
Deadlines:
Responses must be submitted via email by 5:00 p.m. PDT on December 6, 2022, to Tony Leonard, Project Manager via e-mail at aleonard@civicwell.org.
Email responses should have “RFP Corcoran Active Transportation Plan” in the subject line. Please minimize submission file sizes to no greater than 25 MB. Further submission instructions are in the attached RFP.
